From trunk-or-treats and family festivals to Plane-or-Treat and Olive Avenue trick-or-treating, here's where to celebrate Halloween in Redlands this October.
The city's expanded Halloween celebration will feature carnival games, inflatables, trick-or-treating and aircraft displays. Admission is $5 per person.
The 10-month leadership development program brings together 20 participants to explore local issues, build community connections and complete a service project. Applications are due Oct. 31.
Proposals include a 194-unit apartment complex at San Bernardino Avenue and Texas Street and a 255-lot residential development near the 210 Freeway.
Plans provide new details on the 113,000-square-foot outpatient building, with construction expected to begin by mid-2027.
