REDLANDS, Calif. Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman whose skeletal remains were discovered last fall in a field near Lugonia Avenue and Tennessee Street.

Redlands Police Department detectives located the remains on Oct. 21, 2024, in a northeast field near the intersection. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Coroner’s Office believes the woman was between 24 and 45 years old and possibly of Hispanic descent.

The woman had medium-length, dark-colored hair and was wearing a black “Citrus Valley Blackhawks” soccer pullover sweatshirt over a white tank top. Police also noted the presence of a catheter near the remains, indicating she may have had a medical condition requiring its use.

As of this week, the woman has not been identified. The Redlands Police Department is seeking any information that could help determine her identity or the circumstances leading to her death.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Detective Thomas Williams at (909) 335-4777 or by email at twilliams@redlandspolice.org. Refer to case number 240039837.
