REDLANDS, Calif. — Redlands residents can now participate in the city's annual National Community Survey, giving community members an opportunity to provide feedback on city services, quality of life and priorities for the future.
The online survey is open through Aug. 26 and is available to all Redlands residents ages 18 and older.
The City of Redlands has used the National Community Survey annually since 2021 to measure resident satisfaction, identify community priorities and help inform future planning and budgeting decisions. The survey also allows the city to compare residents' responses with previous years and with communities across the country.
Earlier this summer, the city mailed survey invitations to a randomly selected group of residents representing a cross-section of the community. Beginning Aug. 5, the survey is available online for all adult residents.
Developed by independent research firm Polco in collaboration with city staff, the survey asks questions about quality of life, city services, community characteristics and priorities for the future.
