Downtown arrests made; student cellphone rules finalized

Free March 8 concert at Redlands High School’s Clock Auditorium will feature Broadway favorites and guest performers Debbie Prutsman and T.J. Dawson.
REDLANDS, Calif. — The Redlands Community Orchestra will present its second performance of the season March 8 at Redlands High School’s Clock Auditorium, featuring a program of Broadway favorites.
The free concert begins at 3 p.m. at the auditorium, 804 E. Citrus Ave. Doors open at 2:30 p.m. and will close at the start of the performance.
Under the direction of Music Director James Benanti, the orchestra will perform selections from popular Broadway productions. The program will feature guest artists Debbie Prutsman of Redlands and T.J. Dawson, a star of the national touring production of “Shrek the Musical.”
Admission is free, and children are welcome.
The Redlands Community Orchestra is sponsored by the Redlands High School Instrumental Music Department.
The orchestra describes its mission as connecting the community with live classical music through locally produced performances offered at no charge.
