REDLANDS, Calif. — The city of Redlands will host its annual Olive Avenue Halloween Extravaganza from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31, offering a safe and festive way for families to celebrate Halloween.

Olive Avenue between Cajon and Center streets will close to traffic and transform into a lively block filled with trick-or-treating, inflatable bounce houses, food vendors, live entertainment and photo opportunities with costumed characters.

City staff and local homeowners will hand out candy while supplies last. Following the main event, the street will remain closed until 9 p.m. for continued safe trick-or-treating.

The free event is organized by the city’s Recreation Division to provide a family-friendly Halloween environment.
