Service interruptions affect key stations in Redlands and San Bernardino due to police activity. Limited operations continue between the University of Redlands and Downtown Redlands. Northbound California Street is also closed.
The Transit Operations Division announced around 11:30 a.m. that there will be no service for the rest of the day at the San Bernardino–Downtown Station, San Bernardino–Tippecanoe Station, and Redlands–Esri Station, citing police activity.
Northbound California Street from Redlands Boulevard to the train tracks is also closed today, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department posted online.
MetroLink Arrow will continue service between the University of Redlands and Downtown Redlands stations only.
KTLA reports that a San Bernardino County sheriff's deputy was involved in a shooting near the Metrolink crossing at Nevada Street.
