REDLANDS, Calif. — The Redlands Veterans Committee will host its **9th Annual Veterans Dinner** on **Tuesday, Nov. 11**, offering a free meal, live music and door prizes for local military veterans and their families.

The dinner will take place from **2 to 6 p.m.** at **Redlands Elks Lodge #583**, 663 New York St. The event is open to the public and serves as a community thank-you to those who have served in the armed forces.

Dinner will include **grilled chicken breast in a Tuscany cream sauce** with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, **wild rice pilaf**, **California-blend vegetables**, and **freshly baked rolls**. Guests will also enjoy **Italian green salad**, **assorted desserts**, and beverages such as **strawberry lemonade, cucumber water**, and **freshly brewed iced tea**. The meal is provided by Smart & Final, with live music from The Tomcats and door prizes for attendees.

Organizers said the annual dinner is a way to bring the community together following the city’s [Veterans Day Parade](https://www.communityforwardredlands.com/redlands-veterans-day-parade-to-honor-local-heroes/) and observance earlier in the day. All veterans and their families are welcome, and no reservations are required.

The event is hosted by the [Redlands Veterans Committee](https://www.facebook.com/events/redlands-elks-lodge/redlands-veterans-day-dinner/1326135212210623/) with support from local volunteers and sponsors.
